About Kenisha, Founder of Heart to Heart Circle Inc.

Hi, I’m Kenisha, the founder of Heart to Heart Circle Inc., a non-profit created to offer women a safe, welcoming space to breathe, heal, and connect.

For years, I’ve seen how many women carry silent stress, emotional pain, and the weight of daily life without a place to release or be truly heard. That’s why I started Heart to Heart Circle to create a space where honesty, healing, and hope could live side by side.

What began as an idea for small group conversations has grown into a mission to build community through compassion. Our circles are designed for women to come together once a month, to talk about real life, mental health, boundaries, balance, self-care, and everything in between.

Each gathering is guided by warmth, respect, and the belief that:

“When women come together with open hearts, healing begins.”

Through workshops, themed circles, and empowerment events, I hope to help women reconnect with their inner strength, find their voices again, and remember that they are never alone.

Whether it’s through a Heart to Heart Circle session, a vision board workshop, or a storytelling event, my goal is always the same:

to create an environment that feels like home, one filled with understanding, encouragement, and genuine sisterhood.

🌿

My Mission:

To empower women through open conversation, self-reflection, and shared support — helping each person rediscover balance, peace, and purpose within herself.

 🌸

My Promise:

When you join a Heart to Heart Circle, you’re not just attending an event — you’re entering a space where your story matters, your feelings are valid, and your growth is celebrated.

Experience and Background

My journey has been shaped by both experience and education. I’ve spent 10+ years working in the mental health field. Over the years, I’ve supported individuals and communities in navigating emotional wellness, self-care, and healing through compassion and connection. I’m also currently enrolled in a Psychology program, building on what life has taught me about resilience, empathy, and emotional growth
