Heart to Heart Circle Inc. exists to create safe, supportive group spaces where women can openly talk about mental health, stress, depression, and life’s challenges — without judgment and without pressure.

While participants contribute a low-cost fee of $20 to attend our circles, donations make it possible for us to keep our programs affordable, consistent, and inclusive, and to support women who may need additional assistance.
