Heart to Heart Circle Inc. is a nonprofit dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space for women to openly discuss mental health, stress, and everyday life challenges. Through our monthly small-group sessions, workshops, and one-on-one support, we foster healing, connection, and growth.
All women (ages 18+) are welcome to join. Our circles are open to anyone seeking a supportive community, regardless of background or experience.

Yes. What’s shared in the Circle stays in the Circle. Confidentiality and compassion are key parts of our safe space guidelines.
Each month we explore a new theme such as self-care, boundaries, resilience, healing, gratitude, or authenticity. Themes are meant to inspire; participants are always free to share what’s truly on their hearts.
