At Heart to Heart Circle Inc., our goal is to provide meaningful, heart-centered programs that support women’s growth, healing, and connection. We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change.
This Refund Policy explains how we handle payments, donations, and cancellations.
Payments and Donations

Registration fees for paid events and workshops are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Heart to Heart Circle Inc.

You may transfer your registration to another person or apply it as credit toward a future event by notifying us at least 24 hours before the original event date.

If we must cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered the option to:

Receive a full refund, or

Apply the amount toward a future event or workshop of your choice .

All donations made to Heart to Heart Circle Inc. are non-refundable, as they directly support our community programs, outreach, and operating costs.

If a donation was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction, and we will review the situation individually

All online payments are processed securely through trusted third-party platforms such as PayPal, Cash App, or Stripe.

Heart to Heart Circle Inc. does not store credit card or banking information on our servers.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled event or workshop and do not notify us at least 24 hours in advance, we are unable to offer a refund or credit.

However, you may request to join a future session, depending on availability.

In rare cases, an event may be postponed or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (such as facilitator illness, weather, or low enrollment).

If that occurs: you will receive an email or text notification as soon as possible.

You’ll have the choice of a full refund or credit toward a future event.
